About the event

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the same challenging issue? Does it feel difficult to break down that challenge into manageable parts to work with and to release parts that are out of your control? Join Jake Ifshin for a Four Gardens Circle Event to explore how we tend ourselves when we are feeling persistently overwhelmed. Jake will share a a series of self-cultivations practice he created to mindfully and strategically respond to a persistent challenge by locating what parts of it lie within our "garden of influence" and what parts of it are outside. The process will include creative reflection, journaling, and guided breathing. During the second part of the program we will meet in facilitated break-out rooms to integrate the experience and connect with others in the community.

Please bring a pen and notebook or paper. Note that the room will be closed to new entries 10 minutes after the event starts. Please RSVP so that we can share event updates with you directly and get a sense of the number of participants joining us Tuesday evening.
